AGREE and RETURN to the PRAYER SUBMISSION FORM
Terms and Conditions Agreement:
1. "WE" or "US" refers to PEOPLEFAITH TOGETHER LLC.
2. "YOU" and "YOUR" refers to the client placing an order for the utterance of prayers.
3. By accepting YOUR non-refundable contribution WE agree that your prayer will be uttered in a manner that would be detectable by technology readily available.
4. WE offer a technical method of uttering YOUR prayer and repeating that "utterance" as many times as your order and contribution specifies.
5. WE cannot and do not promise that YOU will receive a response to any prayer.
6. WE will maintain data so that YOU may verify that your order was carried out.
7. WE do not hold ourselves out as possessing any special influence with a higher power - our promise is to utter your prayer.
8. WE understand that human beings often hold great hopes for the effectiveness of their prayers;
however, YOU agree that WE will not be held legally responsible in any way for a response or non-response to YOUR prayer(s).
Our sole function is to ensure that your prayer is uttered.
9. Once YOUR prayer is uttered, we have no further legal obligation to YOU.
10. YOU may place as many additional orders as you wish, subject to our Terms of Service which may, on occasion,
limited the number of prayers that may be placed in a specified time period.
11. The question of whether there is a Higher Power is a matter of YOUR personal faith and belief. We take no position on that issue.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Any legal liability that may be found as to PEOPLEFAITH TOGETHER LLC. or the officers or members of PEOPLEFAITH TOGETHER LLC.
will be limited to a the lesser of the amount of your order or $250.00.
13. This agreement is subject to the laws of the State of New York and any dispute as between YOU and US must be resolved through binding arbitration
in the State of New York and not through litigation.
